ZINC ARTS?
Zinc Arts is a charity located at Zinc Centre. that supports adults with additional needs and disenfranchised young people. This includes those with physical challenges, special educational needs, mental health issues, deprivation and isolation. Zinc provides education in the core subjects, delivered through creative art and performing arts projects, as well as respite services and wholesome activities for the local and wider community throughout Essex and further afield.
THE TEAM
Our team of passionate individuals seeks to promote inclusion and equality. We are extremely proud to have been working in our field for over 30 years, providing specialist participation for those individuals or groups who find accessing and taking part in high quality arts activities challenging or even near to impossible.
ZINC CENTRE
Zinc Centre is located in Chipping Ongar in a beautiful Victorian building which allows us to provide a space which is both historic and contemporary.
With traditional workspaces and classrooms, a studio theatre, residential accommodation and parking for up to 50 cars, we're truly lucky to have such a wonderful building for the local community to enjoy.
